Poor service in a Boxer Superstore branch

I had an event and have been visiting the Zeerust Branch the past two weeks for bulk buys as well as other grocery needs that I might have.Yesterday when I got to the security I was told that I am prohibited from removing the trolley from the store,they are afraid it will get ******.I was not happy with that information since I feel it is not fair to me as a client to have to carry heavy groceries in my arms when I can offload them in my transport which was parked just a few meters away in a street parking spot...I even showed the security officer my transport but they still refused.I called customer care while still in the store and was told by the customer care that it is their standard operating procedure that trolleys should not be removed from the store due to security reasons.How fair is this policy to the clients...why should I carry bulk groceries with my arms when trolleys are available for the exact same reason,and my transport is about 150m from the main door of the store
