Poor service from Manager at Boxer in Kliptown

The fork lifted guy pumped into my father's car on 28 August 2021. We informed the manager Mangaliso who promised to deal with case. After many calls to him he gave me the number of Aubrey in Durban whose dealing with the case. Calls was made to Aubrey and then he gave me the customer service number to follow my ***. I phoned the complaints centre and spoke to Nonkwe who promise to get the regional manager to call but no one called me.

Please can someone help me where can I complaints about this poor service and accident case.
