Poor service delivery
When we did stovel grocery last week i got 700 voucher which i need to redeem on the 29 November 2024 got to baracity boxer it was off line the managers told us to come in the morning which i did ,got there again still off line ,i spend almost 50 000 there buying but the communication they have with their loyal customers its not good I'm still waiting with the vouchers even today busy calling baracity for way forward about what they promised

I have slips showing that i have 700 vouchers not 300 i bought on the 16 /11/2024 different times from 9:47 til 10;30 am can i share the references numbers on my slips because this is not fair that i only get 300 while i brought things that day for the stovel
