Poor service

A lady name Sonto, (cashier) no:17 or 18, she was rude to an extent am shaking even now. They cash up another cashier, she was next to log in, she was doing so slowly chatting with friends and we asked her very nice, because we have been standing on the que for too long, she rep**** "what must I do" and when I want to see her name, she hide it with a name with her hair, then a manager came and blame us on the que. The manager is a lady, I saw her surname it's Lubisi, with a blonde hair. I am ****ed of to another level of ****itivity with the service at boxer matsamo plaza
