Poor service by Fundiswa James @Boxer
Today I was at Boxer Mthatha 3 and I've never experienced this poor service before and the cashier be like 'this is not my working station, taking her drawer moving from kiosk to the front leaving a que'.
Date is the 3rd meaning it is busy the store is suppose to make money, but there are people who still act in this manner in front of buying customers.
I even took a recoding of our argument and the footage of the line that she left.
Teach your staff how to deal with customers.
