Poor service

I went to Boxer Store in Bram Fischerville to do my shopping but the service received was just NOTHING OF EXPECTATIONS.

I got to a cashier (Mahlatse Mpho) and i dont know what level of service, attitude, customer respect and decency did the cashier have, there were some items on promotion coming with a freebie and instead of the cashier asking one of the staff to get me the promotional freebie, i was instructed to go get the the freebie which im not aware of, telling me that i will cause him/her a void late in the day, i mean the audacity.

Is the service location based or its just utter disrespect?
