Poor service & bad attitude.

Good day

I'd like to commend boxer for the great strides it has made over the years. It brings a much needed service & convinience to our community.

I do however have to make mention of pathetic service I experienced from a lady at the kiosk in the Protea Glen store today.

She did not seem to know what she was doing. She gave wrong change to a client then went on to exchange words with the guy and minutes went by.

I eventually got to the till where she was trying to reconcile some money to whatever document she had in her hand, I greeted but I didn't have much luck of receiving a response from her. Close to 5 minutes later I asked her to please help me, she looked at me then left me at that to continue what she was doing.

Eventually some other lady jumped to assist me. I then asked for the (rude & confused) ladies name as they do not wear name tags it seems. She then asks me why. I didn't want to get into an exchange of words with her. It seems that's the only thing she excelled at. I just left after the other lady assisted me.

Please may I ask that boxer makes an effort to stop the above from happening to another customer. I was third in line but it took me 23 minutes of just waiting in the que because I have nothing else to do.
