Poor service at Boxer umtata

Poor service at Boxer store umtata so yesterday I went to Boxer to purchase some items that we’re advertised on special when I arrived at the store the shelf’s were empty I spoke to the manger and asked about the items he told me they were put off stock I asked for a rain check and he stated that they do not issue rain checks Now the store has advertised items on special and ran out of stock which is understandable but the store should take full liability for such Boxer store is pathetic
