Poor service

I hope this email finds you well

I'm sending you this email with a sad heart, The customer service at Boxer Diepkloof zone 6 is very poor and if we stop buying then we will be blamed that you bringing essentials store into oir door steps and we don't support them

I needed a someone to assist me and an old gentleman that told me his not working there and he didn't even bother to ask someone who is working in that department to assist me

I was interested in one of your promotional deals and the store had enough stock on the burger and the rolls however they didn't have cheese as part of the promotion and i asked another gentleman working in receiving to assist me and he told me that is no longer a promotion because they missing one product, I didn't get it because if ghey saw that they don't have the additional product they should have removed the promotional card that is a common sense however i requested to see a manager on duty and Nkululeko (Assistant Manager) came to assist me however when i asked him he told me that they won't sell it as promotional because of one missing product and he told me that this is the instruction given from head office

I failed to buy my kids a deal which they should have enjoyed it for their lunch boxes when they go to school however with por customers service that i received from the staff members and management for that matter, I'm so disappointed

My question still stands, why not remove the promotional card if you see that you don't have enough stock for that particular deal

I had go to another supermarket, using my petrol because of inconvenience that Boxer Diepkloof zone 6 has cost

I would appreciate if i can get this items for free because of unprofessional of the staff and their management, I wanted to by two of those deals and I couldn't get them thanks to your poor customer service

I managed to buy the ice cream which i felt is was just a waste of my petrol
