Poor service

Bad experience at Boxer Mpilo mall in Thokoza. I went to buy bread for lunch box. I was in the front of the store 15 mins before the store close which was 4 o'clock. I was told the shop is closing at 4 no one is allowed to enter the store the security were rude and said that's the instruction from store management. I asked to speak to management when they eventually came he just laughed and walk past me like I was nothing. This is very poor service from this store since it opened.
