Poor managerial skills from THANDEKA
Pathetic customer service at Boxer mahikeng mall Godiraone Sebeela was instructed by Thandeka to close the till after waiting 30 min on the line to pay for my goods. She was supposed to out a warning sign that the till is going to be closed not just like I am going on lunch before the line get packed.I blame THANDEKA the supervisor for poor lack of management.Yoit services in black communities must change visit Boxer Bosman station and see excellent services,.
