Poor management and client service

I went to Boxer store in Motherwell complex.First of all managers in that store are ***********. False adverti*****ts, poor clients service. When I complained about their service to branch manager Mr Maluleka who had bhalalaz and smelled alcohol during office hours, who seemed not happy to deal with complaints or to assist clients... In a nutshell, I'm disgusted and feel sorry for most of the clients that receives the same treatment and have no platform to report it.
