Poor leadership skills and customer service
Poor customer service and leadership skills. I went to boxer just to purchase IQF that is on special. Lawrence the manager told me to come back Wednesday. I went to the store twice that day... For him to be rude with me and yell for Goldi not delivering the stock. We are custemors and cannot accept being treated like that by senior staff. To yell at me as if I am his child. He told me stick is confirmed for Wednesday come back. This is unacceptable from boxer and yet the special is running till the 24th. One cannot accept and just walk away from this

19 Nov 2021, 15:59I recieved a call from Lawrence just after 7. I arrived at the store and stock already waited for me. I recieved a second call from him for the toilet paper. It was an absolute pleasure today to be served by him. I have realized out of frustration of no stock we could not work together on Wednesday. I hold nothing against the gentleman as he went beyond his call of duty today. He called and put my stock away safely. Thank you once again
