Poor customer services

Boxer dennilton moutse mall has very poor customer service and disrespect towards their customers 0.01% from the managers to cashiers who undermine customers and not willing to resolve any issue. Nhlanhla khumalo is a cashier at Boxer, whom i was paying for my items and also asked her to do once off transactions as I need cash back, Nhlanhla said do not bring your problems to me, go to the ATM the store does not have money for cash back( Yelling at me) , I asked her why are you are yelling and where is your manager, she then called her manager and address me the customer a problem. the manager said you are the problem.

I sent email to boxer customer service is still pending even now, no update.
