Poor customer services

The services at this store is horrible and the employers are worse. I went to get cash back and ended up not being assisted after queuing on three different lines. The first teller told me to the second one and the lady on the second teller by the name of Lebo who was rude and shouting told me they still waiting g for cash and after waiting for ten mins by her still she didn’t answer me when I asked her is she’s still waiting for cash from the back. Then some lady who was friendly told us to go to the third line which was long and still no assisted. When I asked for assistance from the store manager she didn’t seem interested in helping me and other people who were also withdrawing cash.
