Poor customer service

On the 17th March around 12 noon I went to boxer supermarket at Boulders Midrand to buy something to drink, i saw krush juice for R21,99 which I took, when I get to the tills juice is scanning R25,99 then I let till operator Precious know that juice is R21,99 then she told me to return as she does not work with juices as she just a till operator so I asked her to call someone who will assist, there came another whom I didn't get her name so when we were walking towards the fridge to show the lady the price that I saw, Precious had a verve to gossip about me to the next customer telling him that she doesn't understand why am I complaining because it's R4 so my question to her was how many customers had purchased that juice with extra R4 so far and under no circumstances she should gossip about a customer to another customer.

I always buy at boxer as it's close to my work place and this the 1st I recieve such a poor customer service and dispectful attitude from a staff member who is Precious.
