Poor customer service

Yesterday I went to boxer super store to buy some groceries I bought cheese because I wanted to make pizza for super got home prepare my ingredients to my surprise the cheese tasted offish greeated the cheese sprinkle it on top of the pizza put it in the oven it didn't melt it just burn took the one that is left to boxer with the sleep and the service I got wow I don't know but they treated me like I was there to **** them I told them if they don't want to refund me or give something else it fine I left the cheese there with the slip .their customer service is very poor I don't know why they treat customer like that boxer at joli road in port Elizabeth you should teach your staff about customer service
