Poor customer service and unsatisfactory products

On Monday 3 September 2023,I best a 1kg pack of Best Cook polony and it had an unpleasent smell and taste.I returned it back to Boxer Superstores at PanAfrica Mall where I bought it,the assistant manager said that he can't do anything about it as he was not the manufacturer or supplier of the product at hand.He never came up with an amicable solution to the problem he told that it's either I take the product as is or leave it.He refused to check my proof of purchase and dismissed the situation.I left the store with a broken heart because I had lost money on the product.I am no longer going to shop at any of your stores.
