Poor customer service

I went to Boxer super store on the 30th of December I received such a bad customer service from one their cashiers. Who has insulted me when I told her to cancel the transaction she continued with it, then she told me the refund will take long as the person who deals with refunds is not there I told her I don't mind waiting. She told me she was doing me a favor. I sent an email to their complaint department same day they never responded ti today. This simply means Boxer super stores thinks that they are doing their customers a favor, insulting their customers that is doing us a favor. Disrespecting us is doing us a favor. This took place in Boxer at the new Junction mall in Cape Town Lands down raod. The name of the cashier that assisted me is Zandile
