Poor customer care

A lady named Keatlaretse Mokwajib who works at Boxer superstores in Tlhabane Square, Rustenburgis a terrible cashier. She has a terrible attitude, with zero tolerance for customers. She is angry when customers approach her. She does not greet them. No smile on her face. When she is done taking your money, she looks away, doesnt pack your grocery or even assist you pack. I have been to retailers without packers. They pack for clients. Woolworths has no packers so as Food*****s market, you will never find such attitude there. Boxer must send their Cashiers for re- training if they have trained them in the first place. That women is bad for their business. She shouldn't be serving customers. We have a lot of unemployed youth in our society, old people are occupying positions with bad attitudes and poor customer care. Im not setting my foot there again. Boxer must do something with this
