Poor co-operation and poor customer service

i recently encouted a problem with boxer superstores in ladysmith , they were advertising a special on Maq washing powder, the first day of the special started which was on 13 june 2022 there was no availability of stock so i left it , thereafter i wenr back which was on the 17the of june 2022 and there still was no availability of stock , i had called the manager to deal with the situation but he failed to co- operate with me , they didn't record my details to let me know when to come back and he had very little knowledge about his job and there was also very poor customer service
