Poor awful manager

Gud day I'm so regretful of ever buying my kids stationary at Boxer Town Centre Mitchell Plain. In January I bought hard cover at the store and they said they waiting on truck for stock meanwhile they just had 4 books for sale that was for 5 2quire hrs cover book at R50 then they said I should pay for the 5 books they'll contact me for wen the. Stock arrive, that was on 14 Jan 2022, I have been going to the store once a week and there is never stock no on one can assist and on one occasion I phned to fine out if. They got. Books I spoke to the regional Manager Donovan and he did. Not even try to be any help on the. Phne he just said there is no stock the sale is ending and I'll have to pay normal price .... Regional Manager he made me understand he would not even try to help me in this. I was never in all my tym shop at store come across a regional Manager that had no customer service skill Pls help me I think this poor bad pathetic sevice ever Thank you Fiona
