Please organise a customer services training

I was there to buy breads I stand on a long queue when I pay I ask the lady to make deposit on Tyme bank ,she told me to go at kiosk to make deposit I did go there I found a lady by the name of Lethabo she told me to stand another long queue with attitude i ask here how can i stand a quee while am from another till a those people where at the queue they got groceries a the till is for money market and cigarette. She just gave me a bad look without respond.
