Please do something about it we can't loose like this
I would like to complain about the service that how come when you bought airtime and lost the slip they can't reprint it for you

Unfortunately because the airtime is provided by a third party, we aren't able to reprint - the airtime doesn't come from Boxer, it comes from your network provider, so you will need to contact them to see how they can assist. That is why it is printed on the slip 'Keep your till slip safe' as we unfortunately can't reprint.
We do apologise for the inconvenience and terribly sorry about this loss.
