please assist
I am so disappointed at boxer stores, I went to Boxer Stanger yesterday to buy electricity. the cashier told me that the payment did not go through and I had to swipe my card again. His supervisor Asha assured me that my money was going to be reversed and it wasn't their fault that the system went down. I called their contact centre today and the woman on the phone said the same thing that it wasn't their fault I had to pay twice yet they have assured me I was going to get my money back. talking of ****************

01 Apr 2019, 15:55Good Day Nontobeko,
Apologies we are only getting back to you now.
Transactions can decline for a number of reasons i.e:
- Network issue between the store and bank thus resulting in a time out or failure
- Incorrect pin provided by customer
If funds are withdrawn, the store should immediately log it with our ServiceDesk and request information from the customer (you) so that we can escalate to the service provider that manages our sale systems.
I would like to firstly apologise on behalf of the store and the supervisor Asha for not relaying the correct information to assist you - I will be in contact and ensure they are briefed on standard procedures.
Secondly, in order for me to assist, could you please email the following information to me, so I can escalate on your behalf. We require:
- Bank Statement showing the double debit
- Copy of Till Slip
- Copy of customers ID
- Copy of customers card
Once received, we will ensure this is resolved ASAP.
Kind Regards
