Physical security guard with me at Boxer Baragwanath

I visited Boxer in Baragwanath for the first time, what an experience I had with the Security guard by the door. I had an emergency outside by my car, I received a call from a tracker telling me that there was a movement.

The security insisted that I must use the exit door even when I was begging him and explaining that I had an emergency, He pulled me by my clothes, called me by all sorts of names.

I asked for the management to report this act, no one attended to me.

I need something to be done , otherwise I will take this up until justice is served.
