PATHETIC SERVICE BY BOXER BRITS STAFF

I am really ****ed off by the service i recieved at boxer in Brits when I sent my mother a Tyme bank cash send for her to withdraw at the till and they told her they want a card. Why is it a cardless withdrawal if we have to bring cards to withdraw a cardless transaction? They told me Tyme bank doesn't allow cardless withdrawals anymore but I went to pick n pack a few minutes later and i was helped without a problem. Boxers service is pathetic and they don't care about customers.
