Pathetic service

I have never struggled to get assistance like today i have never used the bank ever since i opened an Account and to the shock of my life the Agent Oratilwe from Boxer Tsele'shas been Awol for 2 hours and the staff doesn't know is whearabouts and the so called floor assistance Mme Winnie also doesnt know and according to his conversation with another Cashier he worked hlf day and reported to the store's manager **** the cashier doesn't know the store managers name Spoke to a lady not sure name tag says Mmule if she is the store manager or not she confirmed that he/she reported but they didn't put in any notice
