PATHETIC SERVICE!!!

Iv received the worst service at Boxer Eyethu mall orange farm, why do you put things on promotion but when scanning it's not activated, a manager Mr Mncube promising customers lies and runs away when called o resolve, Supervisor Nthabiseng was laughing throughout the incident instead of assisting and a lady at the baker called Entle who is very rude and thinks they are above the manager.. What happened to team work, really boxer staff is not applying to the company's values and integrity.. All I wanted was a birthday cake with the advertised price but instead I lost so much more, time and money, was supposed to be at work that time but was told to come back when I did they were hiding and the staff was laughing.. A store as big as boxer!!!
