Pathetic service

My name is Bongi I always get my Grant and do groceries at Boxer Trade Route so I had a voucher of R50.00 to redeem last week I went to redeem my voucher but I was told system is offline. I went there today and I was told to send a complaint to head office as the manager couldn't assist,she didn't even try to assist or listen to my query.And I've been there twice regarding this voucher and I got no assistance,Mind you I'm a pensioner and I needed help or at least an explanation regarding the voucher,the managers attitude was disheartening.
