Pathetic customer service from the management

Normally I don't shop at box so my colleague told e about the special for pampers 2 for R300 ,so I decided to go and buy the mistake I did is to take 2 ×same size and when I get home I realize that I was supposed to take big sizes since I still have the ones that were already opened. So on Sunday I went to boxer west street durban, I was informed to go to berea center where I bought the pampers. when I got to bearea center I was told that they don't do exchange on the babies items, I was so disappointed since I was not aware of that. I decided to call customer care , you the lady that's assisting me was so rude on top of that she hang end the call while still trying to explain. will never shop at boxer again I just regret why I went there in the first place.
