Ongoing Unresolved Issue – Deep Disappointment with Service at Boxer Kwa-Thema Branch

It has now been three months since I first raised this issue, and to date, it remains unresolved. I have fulfilled every requirement on my end, yet I continue to be met with ongoing delays and unproductive back-and-forth communication without any tangible resolution.

It is deeply disappointing and frankly disheartening that a well-established brand like Boxer would allow its customers to fall victim to *****, with no meaningful support or accountability. The lack of assistance not only reflects poorly on your customer service but also raises serious concerns about how much value is placed on customer trust and well-being.
