Not adhered to Covid regulations as a store

Good evening I would like to lay a complaint with regards to the running of you store in St Wendolins With the Covid pandemic the world is going through and with it being up to us to protect ourselves you guys also have to play your part even if it's in a black community. I as a customer can't walk into the store without a mask but you staff somehow feel it's ok to work without a mask will serving customers. No floor markings on the floor So always a line of customers waiting to pay and not enough hands on your tills. Customer service isn't hard to adhere to unless your staff is never taken to any training before you guys employe them. Your staff is disrespectful ,at any given time they would be having a loud conversation of their personal matters shouting from across that store,always the case You must address these matters cause it should really be sorted out.
