No one takes us serious even a simple apology from management

I'm extremely dissatisfied with the service I received from Boxer Superstores. I lodged a complaint last year, and after following up, I was told that someone would get back to me. Unfortunately, that never happened.

It's unacceptable how they treat their customers. Despite my efforts to resolve the issue, I've been met with complete silence. No updates, no apologies, no resolution.

I hope Boxer Superstores takes customer complaints seriously and improves their communication.
