No more withdrawing cash at till points without a store purchase at Boxer - Boxer employees making their own store policies

Absolutely appauling behavior from Boxer Superstore employees (Boxer Hammarsdale - Meyiwa Main Rd). Upon arriving at the money kiosk I asked to withdraw some money (cashback I believe they call it), to my surprise according to "Nomusa" (she was not wearing a name tag so I had to ask her name), apparently new store policy dictates that customers have to purchase something in order to get cash.

I have been withdrawing cash for years at the Boxer Superstore in question with various bank cards (eg. Nedbank, FNB, TymeBank....). To my surprise "Nomusa" claimed that only TymeBank cards can withdraw without a store purchase and that this has been the case since said Boxer opened (clearly she needs training).

Upon asking for a store manager she fetched a guy by the name of Kwanele. I then asked Kwanele if he is a store manager. After fumbling about with his answers he first claimed to be in "charge" then after claimed to be part of management (he sounded very *****). He too then seemed to support "Nomusa's" statement and claimed that a purchase is a must in order to get cash due to the recent looting of ATM's.

I even have reciepts from last week where I withdrew cash without a purchase. I truly sympathise with recent looting but this does not give your employees the right to make their own store policies. Some feedback would be greatly appreciated. As loyal customers we should not be going through such hardships.
