No customer appreciation at Boxer superstores.

Drove to Boxer superstores at Kaalfontein Midrand to get some water for gym, stood in the queue at the kiosk for 15 mins before being told that I can’t pay there by the cashier( no name badge). I asked why and she just shouted “sis’Lilian”and called out another customer behind me. Then the Lilian( supervisor) came and asked me to stand out the way because they have not been allowing people to pay the for some time now and that I can leave the water to go buy it somewhere else.
