No consideration for circumstances

Good day

I am writing this as a disappointed customer.

My elderly mother lives with my 17 year old brother and 2 kids , this morning I transferred money to them to buy essential things , my brother stood on a long que to get inside the shop only to be told by your security that kids are not allowed in.

First of all he not a child Secondly is your stores expecting elderly voulnarable people to que to buy essentials.

I need clarity on the above or please note this will be in media by the end of today.

And where in the lockdown rules does it states that teenagers are not allowed to buy essential goods for the elderly??

I need answers immediately.
