No cash back!!!

I am currently at the Boxer in west street Durban, I've waited for more than 20 mins for cash back as I am told there is no cash. I mean its December I can see shoppers paying with cash, now what do you mean you do not have cash??? If you don't want to give your customers cashback, just take it out of your services please!!
