Nkomo Village Boxer Store.
I brought Kettle at Boxer in Pretoria Central in June on the 6th of September in the afternoon kettle stopped boiling water i went to the closest Boxer which is Nkomo i wanted an exchange i was informed by the manager that i only can return the kettle once and i asked what if the same thing happens because i can not afford to buy anew one i was asked to leave behind the till slip i brought along but took a picture and i was given a new kettle this morning am trying to boil water so i can leave for work kettle not boiling it's not even a month after returning and supposedly getting a new Kettle ,i now have to buy a new Kettle because i cant return the kettle that is brand new and not working. What am i supposed to do with this kettle because if i take it somewhere to be fixed am messing warranty. Is this is how Boxer is robbing customers with the consumer act actually stating Right to quality and safety: You have an imp**** 6-month warranty to return defective, unsafe, or poor-quality goods for a repair, replacement or refund. The manager of the department a male specifically told the lady to not give me back my slip and to tell me am not allowed to return the Kettle if it does not boil again. Am at a point of going there and just throwing it at them coz honestly where am i going to keep this nonsense it's not doing the job i brought it for and i waisted R200.00.
