Mxm Zandile doesn't derseve that job
I'm very discreet jus minutes ago I was at boxer isiphingo there's a girl with short hair her name is Zandile she's a cashier dark in complexion with short hair stand in a line seing other people within basket but when I got there that lady said I must go back to other lines I asked ha to give me the boxer cigarette and she said I should ask the cashier's on the other paying points they will go and fetch it from her and I please with her because I was really in a hurry she refused I left my trolley there and went out what a disrespectful cashier this is not how you supposed to treat the customers I'll never ever go there if that place is filled with such cashier Zandile you don't derseve that job

Thank you for you initiative to put your customers feelings first .
I was really disappointed that day ,I hope that specific cashier will be able to learn from her mistake and know how to treat customers because sometimes it feels like they doing us a favour for cashing for us.
I appreciate boxer management,the manager who called me humbled herself for someone else's mistake and apologized I hope the other staff members will learn somuch from them
I will probably go back to boxer store because of such management
