The item didn't scan and the cashier told my 65 years old mother to go and check for the code with an bad attitude, I asked her why she can't go to look for the code she told me she's not allowed to move from the tills. What happened to the say that says customer comes first and her name is sismalani from Boxer Sam Ntuli very bad customer service.
