Mr FF Adams

On Saturday 2919-12-14 I went to boxer store at Mamelodi Mams mall and the service that I got was terrible. I went to buy some of the products being advertised on promotion. I bought two Olla 2kg ice cream and it was coming with two ice cream s****s. As I approached the counter and found out where I can find the s****s I was told to wait for the supervisor. When he came I was already paying for my groceries. I then asked them about the s****s. he said to me they don't have and I asked so what going to happen. To my surprise he said nothing they don't do rain checks. Its either I buy the ice cream like that or I leave them.

I tried talking to the supervisor and calling him to order to not talk to clients like that. More especially in front of the rest of the other customers. Because that simply means we mean nothing to the business.

He never even bothered to apologize. I carried on bought my groceries. Tried to slice their baked bread on their slicing machine. The machine was not properly functioning. Tried telling the store they told us to forget the machine won't get fixed it's been like the whole year.

On Sunday the 2919-12-29 I went back to boxer to buy some staff and bread tried slicing the bread the machine was still not cutting the bread nicely. I then asked for the manager. I spoke to Max and he was kind and promised to look in to the matter. Because even the cashiers in that store just have conversations amongst themselves and forget the customer. You don't even get greeted when you talk to the cashier they look at you in a funny way. There's no professionalism in the store.

I don't know maybe it's because the store is in the townships and no one cares.
