Money taken,no grocery boxer bridge city

I went to boxer bridge city today 04.09.2026 to buy grocery,the grocery amount was r 2130, boxer is saying they didnt receive it when I called the bank nedbank says transaction was successful,now I have no money in the bank and no grocery in house, the manager told me to go because they are closing
