Moms Grant pension funds

I am Nomvula Penny Manana. My Mom who is a pensioner (Mantombi Primrose. Manana) recieved her grant for June at Boxer Super Store in Manguzi area, near R22. She was assisted by Cashier by the name of Ledia. After recieving her grant she than deposited a sum of R500 in Boxer card and till slip was obtained. In August she recieved her grant at Boxer city in Manguzi, near R22, she than deposited a sum of R1500 in boxer card. When she asked the cashier to confirm the balance kn the card, the cashier confirmed that it was R1558. 00 only, We proceeded to Boxer super store to make enquiries, they told us that they will enquire with their head office. Its been now over a week and no feedback so far from the shop. Today we proceeded to Police station to open up a Docket so the investigation can resume but the police need the statment from the shop. Can Boxer head office trace what happened to my moms grant. She is now so hearbroken i need Boxer to tell us what happened to my moms pension funds that was deposited to Boxer Card. ***
