Misleading
Am utterly disgusted with misleading of this company on the pamphlets the said if bought R750 worth of groceries they would give you a R100 reduction, when I got to the pay point I was then I'll advised an referred to a manager the manager then said that you it's excluded of sale items but the pamphlet did not say that appalling service.

The manager should have pointed out the posters that are up in store which clearly advertise 'Get R100 off R750 on advertised products only' - there are a number of posters and this is also advertised on the leaflets - I will email this along with the T&Cs that are available on our website as well to the email address provided. Boxer has run campaigns with the same structure for a number of years and we are truly sorry that you did not qualify this time around.
