Merafe Boxer Store Guards Will Beat You Up

Hi I was at Boxer Merafe on the 3rd October 2022 with my brother where four security guards beat me up for nothing I and my brother were accused of *****ing a can of beer... My brother entered the store with a can of beer while the two security guards were standing by the door the next thing I heard was people shouting when I check the two guards were drag my brother left and right, then I asked what's wrong? The guards said he stole a beer I then told the guards to check the footage to see that my brother came in with the beer inside the store... That's when one of the security guards attack me living me with no option but to defend myself next thing all four security guards were all over me beating me to death using pepper spray on me drag me to the back of the store where the are no carmers so they can beat me up nicely as one of them said... I was dragged kidded spray with pepper spray even my phone was taken in the whole process of been beaten up then I was locked in a cage for an hour with my brother I asked for and to go to the toilet the refused they told me I'm going nowhere they said the cops are coming for me and they are busy checking the footage to see what happened.... I then asked for my phone they told me the is no phone I'm going to get here I begged for my phone but no one heard me, then the late shift security released us from the cage the we were kept in like animals I then went back to the store via the back door I was dragged from to the store office to request for the footage at the manager... I greeted the manager and had a sit with my brother with the security guards... I then started asking the manager if her saw what happened to me? He answered and said he saw the footage then I asked for a copy of that footage to be send to my email he said he can't do that but he can only allow me to take a video of that footage I ask what am I gonna use to take that video cause your man beat me up and I lost my phone in your store as a manager he then rep**** and said I can take the video myself with my phone and send it to you via WhatsApp, I responded and said please send it to my email I can access it at any time if you send it there. He then said he is not fami**** with the system he doesn't know how to do that.... I then asked when can I get the footage he said anytime I asked him as far as I know the footage takes about two or three months to be deleted will I still be able to get it he said yes then I asked him are all security guards allowed to beat up customers in the is a misunderstanding on the floor or the store he rep**** and said he doesn't know then I asked the security guard that released us from the cage he said only if the customer is over powering the guard he can call for backup to hold the customer from fighting with the guard but not to fight the customer... I then asked the the manager as I was being beaten where were you as the head of the store he said he was out I asked him so are you allowed to leave the store during working hours he never rep****... It's clear everyone does as they wish in Boxer Merafe the manager runs his owner errence while the security guards are beating up customers to death.
