Mean Cashier

I was assisted by a cashier named Prudence today at Orange Farm Eyethu Mall, I don't know if it was because it was almost the end of the day or if I had said something wrong to her, she was so rude and disrespectful. I always go to that shop and the staff there are always so friendly and professional, I was so shocked to get the treatment I got today from Prudence.
