Manager and security guard are abusers

At around 10:30 this morning I was leaving the store as I approached the door the security guard was busy with 3 or 4 other customers as I usually do I left the store the security guard called out I kept on walking.As I walked I felt a hard tug from the back the security guard was pulling me by my bag.I left him there went in and asked for the manager.I told the manager what had happened and I had just been disrespected and manhandled.I was upset in all the conversation we had with the manager I asked for clarification of what the security guard is there to do all I kept hearing was the security was doing his job he needs to see if I have all that I bought and have left nothing behind. I asked if Boxer as a store is taking away my consumer right not to be searched if I don't want to the answer was not clear. I then asked the manager to act on this he said I should complain to the company that employed that person I then asked the manager how is that even making sense cause I came to buy things at Boxer I have no toes with the security guard he or the shop must discipline him.The answer I got from that manager who by the way had no reason to be upset said I must goo the police open a case and bring the polid to the store because that is what I want to do.The 2 guys have abused and humiliated me in the worst way ever.Their actions said Boxer supports woman abuse and will never take a stand against this pandemic.I need to clarified has Boxer amanded consumer rights?Should I scream for help and ask that Boxer be dealt harsher than Clicks?Is rudeness insensitivity inconsideration abuse part of the requirements to being a manager or are we given these *********** individuals because we are in the township?I hope I will get a response and action will be taken against the security guard and the manager.
