Lousy and no care customer service

I visited the pan africa boxer in Alexandra and the shelves were empty specifically with the jam and peanut butter for R65 well I asked a lady who was working there why there was no jam she said maybe they are downstairs somewhere getting the stock maybe she left me there with no feedback or anything she just avoided me and pretended to do back shopping while already there was someone doing it, for her to just leave me there left a bitter taste in my mouth, worse first encounter was when I tried to pay avbob policies they told me I can't read out the number to the cashier as it's not "their" policy when I asked for written proof no one could provide it I'm annoyed and bored with that store there is always something
