Lack of trolleys

This is for Boxer superstores Trade Route Mall

They never have trolleys when you get to their store.... Yesterday I went there to do shopping after 17h00 (slip no. 7 ********** /004/119) and as usual, there was not a single trolley in and outside the shop and I went to complain to the 2 staff members who were at the entrance and they seemed to know about the problem because they said that their customers are always complaining but if the management is not doing anything about it, then unfortunately there is nothing they can do... I told them to call the manager so that I may address the issue and they said they are not even in that office...

I must say that Boxer's staff, especially the ones at the butchery side are very nice and you feel at home when they are serving you with that smile :)... As for the management, they need to see that the trolley issues are sorted and that they are available in store always for us customers when we need to talk to them. The store won't run itself!
